Terms of sale
Last updated 6 November 2026.
Draft wording for review. Not yet in force.
These terms apply when you buy a call, package or optimisation pack from EOFANIA LTD ("Eofania") on eofania.com. Tailored programmes and retainers are covered by a separate written proposal.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in full by card at checkout through Stripe. You'll receive a receipt by email.
Eofania is not currently registered for VAT. If that changes, VAT will be added where it applies and shown before you pay.
Booking
Calls run online by video unless agreed otherwise. Your booked time is confirmed once payment succeeds and a calendar invitation is sent. If the time you chose has been taken before payment completes, you'll receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
You can move a paid session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice by replying to your invitation or emailing hello@eofania.com. Sessions moved or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, count as used.
Cancellations and refunds
- Calls and the advisory pack: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your first session. Advisory pack sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.
- Packages: full refund if you cancel before the kickoff call. After kickoff, you pay for work already delivered, and the balance is refunded.
- Optimisation packs: full refund before the first session. After that, unused months are refunded pro rata, less any work already done.
- In-person workshops: travel and venue costs agreed in advance are payable once incurred.
If you buy as a consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to start within that period, you pay for the service provided up to the point you cancel.
Our work
Eofania provides advice, guidance and training with reasonable skill and care. Decisions about your platforms, suppliers and operations remain yours. Deliverables are yours to use within your organisation once paid for.
Liability
Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
